The Role of a Personal Assistant
PT. LICRYSTAL ELECTRIC INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support to our boss. This full-time role is based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and operations to ensure the smooth running of the bosss office. Willing to be placed in another city (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Batam).
What youll be doing:
Coordinating the bosss schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel logistics
Providing administrative support, such as drafting correspondence, managing files and records, and handling incoming enquiries
Carrying out research, data analysis, and report preparation to support the bosss decision-making
Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and information flow
Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
What were looking for:
Minimum of 1 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment (Fresh Graduate Welcome to Apply)
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools
Highly discreet and able to handle confidential information with the utmost care
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a keen attention to detail
Minimum HSK 5-6

熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)及其他办公工具
高度保密意识,能够妥善处理敏感信息
积极主动,具备解决问题的能力,并注重细节
至少通过HSK五级或六级考试
