Job Description :
To ensure company can achieve their goals as plan effectively and efficiently with maximizing PHG Innovations functions. The main responsibility is to execute and oversee all activities related to New Product Development.
Job Functions:
• Managing multiple new product development projects for PHG to achieve targeted product readiness
• Managing multiple existing product projects for PHG
• Managing project management activities for new product development in coordination with various functions, such as: R&D, QC, QA, HRA and Production in order to achieve timely completion of projects
• Responsible in regular monthly coordination meetings: NPCM (New product coordination meeting), including organizing and scheduling, up to minutes distribution
• Conducting patent search and mapping to minimize risks of NPD process.
• Monitoring progress of product/project planning, align with Portfolio Management Team
• Monitoring existing product issues
• Supporting Marketing team in managing product launch process
• Work closely with Medical Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Commercial and another related team as team strategies through the Project Team
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy (Pharmacist)
2. Understand of Business Process in New Product Development
3. Computer Literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
4. Able to conduct Project Management
5. Experienced candidates 1-2 years as Supervisor/Associate level
6. Good communication, interpersonal skill, including excellence in written and oral communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
7. Proficiency in English
8. Good analytical skill and creative thinking
9. Capable of doing multitasking job within targeted timeline
10. Able to adapt to the Company Culture and Work Ethics
11. Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across a matrix organization
