With over seven years of experience in the Bali property market, the Perusahaan specializes in helping clients buy and sell villas across the island.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Photographer/Videographer role based in Canggu, Bali. The role involves planning and executing photo and video shoots for property listings, marketing campaigns, and social media content. The Photographer/Videographer will capture, edit, and retouch high-quality images and videos, ensuring consistent visual style aligned with PROPERTIA’s brand guidelines. Daily tasks include coordinating with listing and development team to schedule shoots.

Qualifications

• Strong photography skills, including experience with real estate or architectural photography, comPosisi, lighting, and staging.
• Proficiency in videography, including shooting property walkthroughs, short promotional clips, and social media videos.
• Hands-on experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Ability to plan and manage shoots end-to-end, including scheduling, Lokasi preparation, and equipment setup and maintenance.
• Knowledge of digital content best practices for web, social media, and online listings platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a creative approach to showcasing properties.
• Good communication in and collaboration skills to work effectively with agents, marketing staff, and other team members.
• Ability to work on-site across various Lokasis in Bali, sometimes with short notice and in changing conditions.
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts relevant to real estate promotions.
• Relevant portfolio demonstrating photography and videography work, preferably including real estate or similar subjects.
• Preferred: Experience with drone photography/videography and valid certifications where required.
