Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing high-quality pizzas using traditional and modern techniques. You will be responsible for dough preparation, topping assembly, baking, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and stretch pizza dough by hand.

• Assemble pizzas with a variety of sauces, cheeses, and toppings according to recipes or customer orders.

• Operate pizza ovens (wood-fired, gas, or electric) and monitor baking times and temperatures.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

• Ensure food is prepared according to health and safety guidelines.

• Monitor inventory and restock ingredients as needed.

• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.

• Maintain quality control and consistency in every pizza made.

• Provide excellent customer service when working in an open kitchen or interacting with guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a pizza maker, line cook, or in a similar food preparation role preferred.

• Knowledge of dough handling, proofing, and baking techniques.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
