Job Description

1. Kepatuhan dan Regulasi
   1. Memastikan semua produk farmasi yang didistribusikan memenuhi peraturan dan standar yang berlaku, termasuk BPOM dan regulasi internasional.
   2. Melakukan audit internal dan eksternal untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap Good Distribution Practices (GDP) dan Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
   3. Bertanggung Jawab sebagai PJT dalam pengurusan BPOM (pembuatan Head Account, registrasi produk)
   4. Menjadi Lead dalam audit BPOM/Audit Mutu lainnya
2. Pengawasan Produk
   1. Mengawasi dan memantau proses penerimaan, penyimpanan, dan distribusi produk farmasi untuk memastikan kualitas dan keamanan produk.
   2. Mengelola dan memantau dokumentasi terkait produk, termasuk sertifikasi dan izin edar.
3. Pengelolaan Risiko
   1. Mengidentifikasi dan mengelola risiko yang terkait dengan kualitas produk dan kepatuhan regulasi.
   2. Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan prosedur tindakan korektif dan preventif (CAPA) jika terjadi penyimpangan.
4. Kolaborasi dan Komunikasi
   1. Bekerja sama dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan pemahaman yang konsisten tentang peraturan dan standar kualitas.
   2. Menyediakan dukungan teknis dan nasihat regulasi kepada tim internal dan pihak eksternal.
   3. Memberikan informasi terbaru terkait regulasi apabila terjadi perubahan
   4. Mewakili perusahaan dalam koordinasi dengan BPOM/Kemenkes/lembaga lain mengenai produk

Qualification

• S1 Farmasi & Apoteker
• Experienced as PJT Cosmetics
• Sertifikasi: Sertifikasi Penanggung Jawab Teknis (PJT) dari lembaga yang diakui.
• Pengalaman: Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di industri farmasi, khususnya dalam distribusi atau pengawasan kualitas produk.
• Kemampuan:
  • Pengetahuan mendalam tentang regulasi farmasi dan standar industri.
  • Kemampuan analisis dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat.
  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik tertulis maupun lisan.
  • Kemampuan bekerja secara mandiri dan dalam tim.
