About the role

Are you a detail-oriented financial professional looking for an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology company? PT.ZXP technology indonesia is seeking an experienced PO Billing Team member to play a crucial role in our Accounting department. This is a full-time position based in our dynamic office in Jakarta.

What youll be doing

• Process and reconcile purchase order (PO) invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all PO-related transactions
• Assist with month-end close processes and the preparation of financial reports
• Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and implement process improvements
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

What were looking for

• 3+ years of experience in a similar PO billing or accounts payable role, preferably within the technology industry
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and billing processes
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Proficient in using accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
