We are looking for a reliable and skilled Pool Maintenance Technician to maintain the swimming pools in our villas located in Seminyak and Canggu. The ideal candidate will ensure that the pools are clean, safe, and in perfect working condition at all times, providing an excellent experience for our guests. Full training will be provided to ensure all work meets our Property Standards
Conduct daily cleaning of the swimming pools (skimming debris, brushing walls, vacuuming, etc.).
• Test and balance water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity) and adjust as needed.
• Maintain and clean pool filters, pumps, and other equipment.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues, leaks, or equipment malfunctions.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on pool systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for pool water quality.
• Maintain an inventory of pool chemicals and equipment, informing management when supplies are low.
• Coordinate with villa management to schedule any necessary repairs or maintenance work.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in pool maintenance or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of water chemistry, filtration systems, and pool equipment (an advantage).
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic pool system issues.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• Flexible schedule and availability to attend urgent calls if needed.
• Willing to follow training and comply with all Property Standards
