About the role
PT Asia Prima Konjac is seeking an experienced PPIC Manager to join their team in Madiun, East Java. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the production planning, inventory control, and logistics management of the company's manufacturing operations. As a key member of the management team, the PPIC Manager will play a vital part in driving the company's strategic objectives and operational efficiency.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective production planning and control systems to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Manage and optimise inventory levels to meet demand while minimising costs
- Oversee materials procurement and logistics to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks
- Analyse production data and provide insights to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and develop a team of PPIC specialists and technicians
- Ensure compliance with all relevant manufacturing regulations and industry standards
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a PPIC or production management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and logistics best practices
- Proficient in the use of ERP systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
