Job Requirement:
Minimum education Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
Strong and accurate numerical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP
Honest and highly dedicated to both the company and department
Understanding of CPOB/CPKB/CPOTB, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22000:2018, and the Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH)
Job Description:
Carry out tasks related to production planning for Soft Capsule products, from scheduling to product release.
Monitor production planning through to shipment for export products.
Prepare production plans and schedules and monitor the production process, especially for soft capsule products, to ensure adherence to the planned schedule.
Perform analysis and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) on a monthly basis.
Ensure that production processes run according to the established schedule.
Coordinate with relevant departments regarding FGOH (Finished Goods On Hand) products.
