About the role

We are seeking a PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Staff to join our dynamic team at PT. Idelux Furniture Indonesia. This is a contract position based in Semarang, Central Java. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimising our production planning and inventory management processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand

2. Monitor & manage inventory levels of Raw material, Component, WIP and Finished Goods

3. Coordinating with procurement to ensure timely replenishment

4. Analysing production data and identifying opportunities for process improvements

5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions

6. Maintaining accurate records and generating reports on production, inventory, and other key metrics

7. Providing support and training to production staff on PPIC procedures

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a PPIC role, aluminium manufacturing industry is preferably

2. A Strong understanding of production planning and control concepts

3. Able to read the Technical Drawing

4. Knowing about Machining process and Welding

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

6. Proficiency in using ERP systems and production planning software

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

8. Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work with a focus on continuous improvement

9. Familiarity with inventory management principles and production planning techniques
