PPIC Supervisor

Job Descriptions

• Develop and manage material requirement plans (MRP) based on production schedules and forecasts.

• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components to support production activities.

• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to monitor material orders and deliveries.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor material usage to avoid shortages or excess.

• Analyze lead times, safety stock, and consumption trends for effective planning.

• Monitor supplier performance related to material availability and delivery reliability.

• Update material master data and planning parameters in the ERP system.

• Prepare material planning reports and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.

• Lead and guide the material planning team to meet departmental KPIs.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in material planning, preferably in a manufacturing company.

• Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory control, and supply chain processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP or equivalent).

• Strong analytical and planning skills with attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.

• Leadership experience is an advantage.
