Job Title: Pricing Freight Forwarding

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of pricing strategies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

·        Source competitive rates for Domestic Inquiry/Intersuler/International.

·        Have local vendor resources (shipping lines, airline, co-loaders, trucking, agents, stevedoring companies, custom broker third party)

·        Check prices from all vendor (shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders/trucking, agents, etc)

·        Vendor negotiations (shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders/trucking, agents, etc)

·        Ensure vendor documentation is complete and filed as per regulations.

·        Maintain strong relationships with vendors (trucking, sea, and air).

·        Able to work independently and in coordination with sales, customer service, and operations

·        Intercoms, HS codes, and cargo classifications

·        Follow up on issued quotations to support conversion.

·        Coordinate and support Sales quotation for making quotation to clients or agents.

Requirements:

·        Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Freight management systems.

·        Able to analyse Customer inquiries and provide accurate, competitive, and profitable pricing, Tender or spot shipment pricing for B2B and B2C clients

·        Strong analytical and numerical skills

·        High attention to detail and accuracy

·        Good time management and ability to meet strict deadlines

·        Able to work independently and in coordination with sales, customer service, and operations

·        Proactive, reliable, and results-driven

·        Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)

·        Mandarin is a plus (for vendor or regional pricing coordination)
