RESPONSIBILITIES:

-       Reduce Cost of RM with the same quality result or improve the performance of the product

-       Make a proper trial report

-       Can deliver trial result it to his customer (production, QC) and make sure his trial well proven

-       Working with the Team to optimize raw material usage from incoming processes, Machine, and stock taking, also analyze the loss and make corrective action

-       To have interpretation of production result and establish a relation between results and process parameters in view of optimizing the process parameter to the maximum

-       To perform standard acceptance criteria of product specification, processes and quality to all products

-       To organize / participate in process training in the factory

-       To standardize all the process changes into ne WP

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) Engineer

• 3 years' experience in PMA environment

• Excellent in English communication and Microsoft office

• Chemical analysis and calibration knowledge

• Willing to work in Gresik
