Process Improvement Supervisor

Job description:

  • Identifying and evaluating current processes to pinpoint areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, and potential for improvement.

  • Developing and implementing new or modified processes that address identified issues,

  • Working closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, communicate process changes, and ensure smooth implementation

  • Guiding teams through the transition to new processes, providing training and support as needed

Requirement:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Project management skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
