Procurement & Export-Import Specialist
Principal Accountabilities:
Prepare and/or review procurement documents such as RFQs, Purchase Orders (PO), Repair Orders (RO), Exchange Orders, Sundry Orders, Manual Orders, and handle all processes related to Exim (Export-Import), including support for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.
Review and monitor the service level reports of Purchase Orders and Repair Orders, as prepared by subordinates.
Participate in meetings with suppliers to facilitate negotiations, address outstanding issues, and follow up on any specific requirements.
Coordinate and liaise with the technical team to ensure up-to-date information and alignment on technical requirements and requisitions.
Support the invoice follow-up and payment process, including resolving any discrepancies with suppliers.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses on selected purchasing options to support strategic decision-making by management.
Oversee export and import activities, ensuring all processes are in full compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
Monitor and assess staff performance, providing evaluations and feedback for direct reports as needed.
Job Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and/or export-import operations, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
Familiarity with aviation supply chain requirements is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in procurement and logistics software systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
Remain available and responsive during urgent or critical situations requiring immediate attention.
Willing to be located in Tangerang Area
