Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual procurement plans aligned with construction project targets and business objectives.
• Oversee the tender process to ensure it is conducted transparently and in accordance with Perusahaan policies, from vendor selection through final award recommendation.
• Lead strategic contract negotiations for large-scale procurement to achieve the best value for money.
• Ensure all procured materials and services meet technical specifications and are delivered according to project schedules.
• Supervise and monitor vendor and contractor databases, including conducting periodic performance evaluations against established KPIs.
• Monitor construction material market prices regularly to mitigate risks related to price fluctuations.
• Establish procurement strategies based on market price trends, supply risks, and project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the project, engineering, and finance teams to support smooth project execution and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Management, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, preferably from the warehousing/logistics, property/ distribution industry.
• At least 3 years of recent experience in the Property or Estate Management industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and procurement regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to analyze construction cost estimates and budgeting.
• Proficient in using procurement systems and ERP software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
