Procurement Project

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible in charge of initiated purchase request and follow up delivery date.

  • Verifying good receipt document in comparison with the actual with vendor invoice.

  • Compare prices, specification, delivery time in order to determine the best bid among the potential supplier.

  • Create, release and monitor the Purchase Order until the goods safely and in timely arrived and passed the quality inspection performed.

  • Make schedule for picking up from forwarder about container statue.

  • Calculate cost.

  • Process import documents for all purchase requirements.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum education of S1 in industrial engineering / mechanical engineering / engineering management.

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in procurement, preferably procurement of goods/services in the oil and gas sector.

  • Work experience with international vendors or suppliers (fluent in English).

  • Have good analytical and evaluation skills.

  • Have good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Have the ability to manage time and priorities well.

  • Have the ability to work in a team and coordinate activities well.

  • Placement at Head Office, Cilandak (South Jakarta).
