Procurement Raw Material Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for raw materials.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration.

3. Collaborate with production and planning teams to forecast material needs.

4. Monitor order status to ensure timely delivery of materials.

5. Assist in budgeting and cost analysis related to raw materials.

6. Ensure all procured materials meet required specifications and quality standards.

7. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.

8. Support new product development by sourcing required raw materials.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree from Industry Engineering & Food Technology.

2. Experienced in a Procurement Raw Material position for 1-2 years.

3. Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

5. Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

6. Basic mechanical skills and understanding of raw materials.

7. Willing to be placed in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
