About the role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Supervisor to join our team at PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia in Kendal Regency, Central Java. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the procurement activities within our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics operations.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, goods and services
Managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, expediting orders and monitoring supplier performance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address procurement-related issues and optimize processes
Maintaining accurate records and providing detailed reporting on procurement activities and spend
Supervising and mentoring a team of procurement specialists to enhance their skills and drive continuous improvement
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant industry regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, best practices and technologies
Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
Experience in leading and developing a team of procurement professionals
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
