Product Development Manager
Job Description:
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive product growth in FMCG company.
Develop and implement product strategies and marketing plans.
Conducting market research to identify customer needs, product opportunities, trends and competition
Developing and managing product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
Oversee the creation and execution of advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure product alignment.
Monitoring product performance post-launch and incorporating feedback into future development
Continuously analyzing competitive offerings and market dynamics to inform product innovation and updates
Comprehend consumer and product trends to suggest innovative products and capitalize on business opportunities
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a development-heavy environment in FMCG company.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skill, highly self-initiative and motivation to explore new space and passion for staying ahead
Proven market research experience on either client or agency side with key quantitative and qualitative techniques
Has a vision to develop based on innovation, differentiation and delivers unique concept based on consumer demands
