Job Description:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree.

  • Proven experience as a Product Development Specialist in the beauty industry.

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

  • Up-to-date with beauty market trends, both local and international, including product, ingredient, and consumer needs.

  • Extensive knowledge of skincare/makeup ingredients or a strong interest in beauty.

  • Skilled in conducting research on current market trends.

  • Digital design skills are a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to create outstanding product ideas and launches.
