Responsibilities:

• Researches, validates, and coordinates the development of new products, from conception to launch.
• Ensure the products meet cosmetic regulations.
• Monitor and maintain on-time project milestones, managing risks and understanding trade offs along the development process while delivering products with the highest standards for quality and performance.
• Responsible for internal communication with cross-functional partners as it relates to product briefs, formula feedback, copy & claim, artwork, and regulatory deliverables.
• Analyze competitive launches, understand consumer feedback and concerns, source unmet needs.
• Oversee quality and safety testing and ensure the formulas are ready for mass production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree in pharmacy / chemistry / cosmetic science
• Min 2 years of experience in Product Development
• Strong interest in beauty products
• Stays current with the latest trends in beauty
• Have knowledge or familiarity with BPOM regulation
• Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning
• Strong adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Fast learner, proactive, and superb verbal and written communication skill
