Responsibilities:

• Support administrative functions in partnership with diverse teams across the organization.
• Handle the procurement and tracking of product and sample inventory.
• Compile crucial data for reporting and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Find external users for projects via community outreach and other resources.
• Prepare contracts/agreements related to user data confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and a strong sense of honesty.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Google Docs and Excel (including advanced functions like VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, IFERROR, SUMIF, Find, Dropdowns, and Filters).
• Familiarity with beauty products.
• Willing to do full WFO from Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.
