About the Role

Pintarnya is looking for an exceptional Product Manager to take ownership of our product vision, strategy, and execution. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives on driving business impact, mentoring teams, and delivering world-class user experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our product roadmap, tackle complex challenges, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes at scale. 

What You'll Do​

  • Define Vision and Strategy: Distill the vision and strategy for your product area, aligning teams across engineering, design, and business functions.
  • End-to-End Product Leadership: Own the product lifecycle from ideation and requirement definition to go-to-market strategy, quality assurance, and launch.
  • Understand User Needs: Dive deep into user research and data analytics to create products that exceed expectations and foster meaningful connections.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with design, engineering, operations, marketing, data science, and internal stakeholders to deliver products that power seamless and delightful customer experiences.
  • Strategic Improvements: See the big picture, identify inefficiencies, and drive meaningful improvements across our product vertical.
  • Roadmap Management: Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall Perusahaan strategy and stakeholder expectations.
