What is Bob Junior Program:3-month program where you will be involved in a real work experience via Bob Junior Program, mentored by a well-versed professional in their expertise. 

• The internship period is between 25 Aug - 25 Nov (3 months)
• You will receive a stipend of IDR 1,500,000 per month
• Real life project to add to your professional portfolio

What you will do:

• Propose & execute go-to-market recommendations for Bobopod low-performing locations
• Boosting BAU promo i.e. weekday promo, early bird promo, long stay promo, etc
• Ad hoc project support
• Determining target audiences, messaging angles, tactical ideas — under the guidance of the Product Marketing Manager
• Draft & submit creative and content briefs for internal teams (Creative, Content, Social)
• Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Tech, Branch, Corcomm, CCU) to ensure smooth campaign coordination.
• Set up draft promotional campaigns in Talon.One based on agreed schemes - under supervision of the Product Marketing Manager
