Product Owner

About the role

As a Product Owner at PT Citraraya Nusatama, you will play a key role in driving the development and success of our innovative digital products. In this full-time position based in Bandung, West Java, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

What youll be doing

1. Define and refine the product vision, roadmap, and backlog based on customer needs and business objectives

2. Work closely with the development team to ensure effective product delivery, using agile methodologies

3. Prioritise and manage the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to optimise product features and functionality

4. Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and document it to improve the product

5. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of the product and inform future development

6. Create flow (Activity Diagram)

7. Create technical documents related to the application (Web, Mobile, Desktop)

   o  SRS (System Requirement Specification)

   o  BRD (Business Requirement Document)

   o  FSD (Functional Specification Document)

8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management

What were looking for

1. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar product management role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry

2. Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies and best practices

3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

4. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and customer insights to drive product decisions

5. Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences

6. Familiarity with product development tools and technologies, such as Ms. Office, Visio, Jira, or Confluence

7. Know about the basic concept of bridging

8. Mastering Mockup and Prototype Applications (Balsamic, Xd, Figma)

9. Having knowledge of the Hospital Information System is a plus
