Product Owner - HRIS

Role Overview:We are looking for a Product Owner - HRIS to lead the vision, development, and continuous improvement of our Human Resource Information System. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape a user-centric product that supports the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our HRIS

• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories

• Prioritize the product backlog based on user impact, technical feasibility, and business value

• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, QA, and internal stakeholders

• Continuously gather and evaluate feedback from HR teams, end-users, and clients

• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, product demos, and retrospectives

• Ensure that the product meets both functional and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in HRIS, ERP, or SaaS products

• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Experience in Agile/Scrum product development environments

• Ability to create clear documentation: product specs, wireframes, user flows

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, or Odoo (a plus)
