Key Responsibilities:1. Plan, allocate resources, and monitor daily production to meet schedules and targets.2. Analyze production reports, identify downtime causes, and implement efficiency improvements.3. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards through audits and corrective actions.4. Optimize workflows, equipment performance, and preventive maintenance in collaboration with Engineering & Maintenance.5. Monitor inventory, raw material usage, and production costs to minimize waste and achieve savings.6. Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.7. Lead improvement projects, automation initiatives, and process standardization.8. Develop and train staff, mentor future leaders, and conduct performance reviews.9. Prepare and present monthly reports and contribute to annual budgeting.10. Proven ability to make data-driven decisions with a strong tech-savvy mindset.

Requirements:1. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related technical field.2. English proficiency preferred.3. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, production planning, and quality control.4. Experienced in managing production lines and familiar with ERP/MES software.5. Solid understanding of safety standards and environmental regulations (charcoal manufacturing a plus).6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.7. Proven leadership, cross-functional team management, and effective communication.8. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.9. Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO standards are an advantage.10. Willing to be based in Karanganyar.
