Production Manager - Food - Jakarta (B-121775)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Jakarta.

• Our client is a Food Company. Currently, they are looking for Production Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall production, process, and quality.

• Join daily operations on the manufacturing line.

• Handle quality control tasks.

• Support supply chain management (SCM).

• Report to the Factory Director, Singapore Office, and Headquarters.

• Perform other tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Experience as a Production Head in bread, confectionery, or noodle manufacturing (especially using wheat-based products).

• Good English skills (able to communicate well with Japanese Factory Director, Singapore Office, and HQ).

• Experience managing a team of around 20 people or more.

• (Big plus): Experience working in a Japanese company or a newly established company.
