Production Manager

1. Extensive Production Management Experience

   • Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale production management, overseeing teams of 500+ personnel.

   • Strong track record in manufacturing operations, team leadership, and output optimization.

   • Well-versed in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

   • Capable of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancements to drive productivity and reduce waste.

   • Demonstrates a can-do attitude with a strong desire to grow alongside the company.

   • Self-motivated, hands-on, and committed to fostering a culture of excellence.

4. Language Skills

   • Fluent in English; Chinese language proficiency is a plus and considered an asset in cross-functional communication.
