PPIC Manager (Production Planning & Inventory Control)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive PPIC Manager to lead our production planning and inventory control functions. This role is critical to ensuring optimal production flow, inventory efficiency, and on-time delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production planning strategies aligned with demand forecasts
• Manage inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) to ensure efficiency and cost control
• Monitor and improve material requirement planning (MRP) processes
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Finance teams
• Ensure accurate production scheduling and timely delivery commitments
• Analyze inventory turnover, stock aging, and forecasting accuracy
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain and planning processes
• Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) for planning and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in PPIC within manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of MRP, inventory management, and production planning
• Experience in cable manufacturing is a strong advantage
• Proficient in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination ability
