• Monitoring Daily Production Processes, including: Raw material preparation (mixing and dosing), Forming (pressing or extrusion), Drying, Firing (kiln firing), Glazing and finishing, Quality check and packing

• Ensuring all production stages comply with technical parameters and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Coordinate with the QC team to maintain ceramic quality in terms of color, dimensions, strength, and final appearance.

• Take corrective actions for non-conforming or defective products (cracks, discoloration, warping, etc.).

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to prevent downtime and ensure equipment availability.

• Organize work schedules and task distribution for shift operators, technicians, and helpers.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate team performance to achieve daily/weekly production targets.

• Ensure all team members work according to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures.

• Prepare daily reports on production, downtime, quality results, and raw material usage.

• Record and archive process data as a basis for production analysis and improvement planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production management (Preferably those with experience in the ceramic or roof tile industry)

• Proficient in operating production machinery

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and communicative
