THE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Work as a Production, QC & R&D Supervisor.

• Plan and manage production schedules.

• Prepare regular production reports.

• Handle, control, and resolve production issues and customer complaints.

• Ensure product specifications.

• Develop adhesive products.

• Familiar with product development methodologies, design tools, and testing procedures.

THE REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum education Diploma 3 in Chemical Engineering or a relevant major.

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the adhesive industry.

• Computer literate.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Strong teamwork skills.

• Adaptable and able to learn new things quickly.

• Familiar with safety and 5R principles.

• Willing be place at PT. Papcor Asia Pacific Kawasan Industri BIC Purwakarta.
