Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate with Construction Manager/Project Manager to ensure WTP/WWTP construction processes run smoothly, according to schedule, budget, and established quality standards.
• Provide review and technical guidance throughout the construction phase, including technical review and operational guidance for WTP/WWTP management process.
• Oversee daily operations and performance of all WTP/WWTP sites including water quality, flow rates, all treatment processes, equipment, and systems.
• Lead operation and maintenance teams to ensure optimal plant performance.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOP), including emergency response and crisis management procedures.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance across all sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure both construction and operational site run smoothly.
• Prepare comprehensive operational report of all sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Having additional certification or coursework in water treatment technology is preferred.
• Having construction management certification will be an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Water Treatment/Waste Water Treatment industry.
• Having a strong understanding of water treatment processes, including disinfection, coagulation, sedimentation, and filtration.
• Familiar with relevant environmental regulations and compliance procedures.
• Strong analytical skills, as well as strong and rapid problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skill.
• Wiling to conduct site visit across Indonesia.
