What Exactly Will You be Doing?

 You will be responsible for re-selling English 1 courses and generating referrals by building long-term relationships with customers, timely communicating about students study progress, resolving any emergent concerns or questions and ensuring that customers needs are met.

• Building trust relationship with students and their parents

• Re-selling core courses to customers

• Daily communicating with customers about their concerns and questions

• Generating referrals

• Updating customers on students progress, assigned homework and covered in class

• Consistently informing customers about all important information and changes

• Preparing and delivering parent-facing events following suggested framework

• Recording all the necessary group-, student- and parent- management operations using CRM system

• Observing lessons to better understand students performance, share with their parents

• Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)

• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Other Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Education or English majors are preferred with Minimum GPA 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

• Living around East Jakarta area

• To be placed in English 1 Kota Harapan Indah
