Project Building Manager - PT Excelso Multirasa

What you will do:

• Assess CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) for new outlet ambiance and renovated outlets

• Ensure & monitor outlet profitability is in line with the budget

• Manage project buildings for new Excelso outlets, new concepts, and other brand developments

• Oversee rejuvenated outlets and support transaction growth

We are looking for you who:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

• Proficient in project management tools (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD)

• Has experience in managing outlet or retail store development projects (renovations, new openings, rollouts)

• Willing to travel for site visits and project supervision
