Project Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

-Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand project requirements.

-Calculate quantities and prepare detailed cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment, overhead).

-Develop Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and assist in preparing RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya).

-Source and update pricing information from suppliers and subcontractors.

-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to align cost plans with actual site requirements.

-Support the tender process by preparing competitive and accurate bid proposals.

-Assist in value engineering and cost optimization strategies during project planning.

Qualification:

-Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

-Minimum 2 years experience in project estimation or quantity surveying

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., CostX, Cubicost, PlanSwift)

-Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail

-Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

-Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing trends
