  • Minimum 2 year of experience

  • Used to handling multiple projects simultaneously

  • Possesses leadership skills

  • Able to manage tasks effectively

  • Has a good design taste in the hospitality industry

  • Proficient in active English communication

  • A problem solver

  • Capable of operating Lumion, Enscape, SketchUp, CAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

  • Create project planning, designs, and construction drawings

  • Conduct presentations and communicate with clients

  • Supervise the construction project execution (site visits)
