You will assist with project documentation, shipment coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of logistics projects. You will liaise with internal teams, vendors, and customers, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.

How you create impact

• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Support shipment planning, permits, and customs clearance processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track project progress.
• Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelors in industrial engineering or any related major.
• 2 years experience in logistics or project administration for EPC.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines.
