Project Manager - Architecture & Interior Projects

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and execute high-end architecture and interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in the field, a strong background in construction and site management, and a proven ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and ensure quality execution.

This is an on-site role based in Pererenan with weekly office meetings in Tumbak Bayuh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise on-site construction and interior fit-out activities

• Coordinate between clients, contractors, suppliers, and the internal design team

• Prepare and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery

• Oversee procurement schedules and site logistics

• Monitor quality control and ensure execution aligns with design intent

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting

• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently

• Prepare documentation for permits, approvals, and handovers

• Lead weekly reporting and coordination meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project/site management (architecture or interior-related field)

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple contractors and trades on-site

• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and technical drawings

• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external teams

• Comfortable using project management software and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in architecture, civil engineering, or interior design

• Experience with tropical construction and working in Bali or Southeast Asia

• Basic understanding of design detailing and material sourcing
