Project Manager

Job Description:

• Meet & correspond with prospective clients 

• Set project timeline

• Monitor project deliverables

• Manage multiple project sites, including refurbishment and fit-out projects, being responsible for the successful delivery of each project

• Producing detailed Bill of Quantity

• Making, Reporting and Controlling projects schedules

• Project time frame concerned

• Creating project timelines, managing budgets, and allocating resources effectively

• Management of Fit-out works/ projects right from conception to handling over

• Deal with suppliers and sub-contractors

• Prepare schedule of work and progress report

• Project management

• Supervise the fit-out coordinating and managing project activities 

• Coordinates all shop drawings, generates cutting lists and implements quality control procedures in the production Responsible for interpreting project scope from design documents 

• Reporting and liaising with management on a regular basis 

• Controlling cost and margin and overseeing all contractual issue

• Successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks according to urgency, resource availability, and alignment with organizational goals

• Established effective communication among team members for enhanced collaboration and successful project completion

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or Interior Architecture background is required

• Prefer having experiences in the Interior Fit Out project field minimal 5 years

• Good knowledge in shop drawing, auto cad, Ms. Project, Fit Out Management

• Fluent in verbal and written English is a must

• Excellent in Computer literate ( Ms Word, Excel, PP, Ms Project)

• Quality & Initiative minded to achieve all deadlines

• Excellent communication with Team and Client

• Reading and interpreting drawing accurately

• Organizing well in managing and documentation

• Demonstrating leadership and coaching skills

• Has a strong to manage and control running projects

• Excellent Reporting ability

• Details, Discipline, Goal oriented and Strong leadership

• Strong business acumen in project planning and management

• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

• Willing to send in any project outside city

• Can join ASAP
