PT. Triguna Mandala was established in 2007. We rapidly grew from a trader specializing in instrumentation and control to become a company who provides solutions and services in mechanical and electrical for a wide range of products; such as, Turbogenerator, AVR, Process Control System, Fire & Gas System, Field Instrument, Thermal Solution, Valves, RTU, Screw Pumps, and many others. Our customers spread from Petrochemical/Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power Generation to Mining industries. We started our office based in Jakarta and then expanded to Surabaya, Balikpapan, Bontang as well as Pekan Baru. We currently open a position for :

PROJECT MANAGER

(Based in Jakarta)

• Plan, initiate, and manage projects, including defining project scope and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and track the progress against milestones.

• Allocate resources, including manpower, budget, and equipment, to ensure successful project execution.

• Coordinate with the teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance and support as needed.

• Analyzes the cost and budget and executes projects in the most efficient way.

• Manage project risks and issues, and implement strategies to mitigate potential problems.

• Liase with stakeholders regularly and provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives, in the form of well-written reports.

• Creates a harmonious work environment and maintains a committed team even under high pressure.

• Conduct project evaluation and identify lessons learned for future improvement.

• Support tender and prejob process: clarifies tender /projects goal and requirements, create detailed plan, outlining tasks & responsibilities, resource allocation, and establish realistic timeline.

• Understands and implements policies and objectives relating to QHSE.
