Project & Retail Expansion Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

• 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in branch expansion or related field

• Experience in clinic branch expansion is preferred

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach

• Proven experience in overseeing projects from inception to completion

• Excellent analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline

• Willing to be mobile

Job Description:

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party/vendors for project execution

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Prepare reports and escalate to management as needed

• Conduct risk management analysis to minimize project risks

• Build and maintain relationships with third-party/vendors

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Submit purchase requests, research pricing, and select product models according to project needs

• Source vendors and negotiate for project-related purchases

• Submit and manage funding requests for purchased project materials

• Compare pricing related to project tasks and draft cooperation agreements

• Monitor vendor work at project locations

• Prepare reports and lead project progress meetings

• Perform other tasks related to project needs
