  1. Usia maksimal 40 tahun

  2. Pendidikan S1 Arsitek atau Teknik Sipil

  3. Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai project specifier akan memiliki nilai tambah.

  4. Memiliki hubungan relasi dengan Architect/ Developer/ Pemerintah daerah akan memiliki nilai tambah

  5. Suka travelling

  6. Akan ditempatkan di kantor pusat Jakarta

  7. Memiliki Mobil dan SIM A (lebih diutamakan)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Menjalin dan membina hubungan dengan Arsitek, Developer dan pemerintah daerah agar brand Aplus masuk dalam spesifikasi desain proyek.

  2. Melakukan presentasi atau gathering komunitas Arsitek, Developer maupun pemerintah daerah.

  3. Mengikuti proses project pipeline Perencana Arsitek / Developer/Pemerintah daerah dari awal concept design sampai siap ditenderkan ke kontraktir dan mengawal dan memastikan agar brand Aplus menjadi spec utama dalam tender kontraktor

  4. Penyerahan data alur informasi proyek ke team sales.
