Project Supervisor (Build)

About the role

As a Project Supervisor (Construction), you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects at site in Indonesia. This full-time position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.

What youll be doing

• Being responsible on site by leading, controlling and supervising the implementation of construction work in terms of timeline, quality, quantity and rate of achievement of volume / physical realization in accordance with the work design.

• Ensure that drawing can be implemented for the construction based on site conditions.

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

• Make short-term plans for tasks that have been set by the company and in charge of making Work Activity Schedules and worker/vendor-partner schedules.

• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Supervise the usage of materials, equipment and methods of implementation, and oversee the timeliness and costs of construction workers/vendor-partners.Provide on-site supervision and mentorship to site teams.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and practices.

What were looking for

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or 5 years direct work experiences.

• Proven track records of direct supervisory experiences in Construction Projects (Residential, Low Rise Commercial, Industry Factories).

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with project management software and tools (Auto CAD, Shop Drawing and Ms Project Office)

• Ready to work under pressure and willing to work overtime/odd hours following project needs.

• Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Available to join immediately.

• Fluency in English is preferred
