Property Manager (Hospitality Background)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example by demonstrating a positive approach within the building and proactively engage service partners and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience for building users

  • Proactively develop projects and initiatives that provide added value and continuous improvement to the portfolio

  • Creating team culture and implement development plans for the team, including proactive and practical support to motivate and create a high performing team, and ensure succession plans are in place for critical roles

  • Establishing and manage Building annual and long term operation goals to meet/exceed owner and corporate management expectations

  • Specifically establish written goals and objectives for direct reports. Conduct period formal and informal performance evaluation

  • Analyzing and develop improvements based on data analysis

Requirements:

  • Minimum S1 degree from reputable university majoring in Hospitality Management, or any other relevant fields

  • 10 years of working experience as Hotel General Manager is preferrable

  • Good personal and interpersonal skills

  • An organized person and a team player

  • Proven managerial and leadership skills

  • can start as soon as possible
