Property Operation - MEP Engineer

This role is responsible for planning, mechanical drafting, and budgeting of projects involving HVAC and utility systems. The individual will manage the full project lifecycle—from design review and contractor tendering to construction execution—while ensuring compliance with approved designs, schedules, and company policies. Resposibilities: - Develop project plans, budgets, and mechanical drafts for HVAC and utility systems.

- Review mechanical and structural drawings to confirm feasibility and alignment with project requirements.

- Lead and support the contractor tender process, including bid reviews and cost evaluations against site conditions.

- Manage and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely delivery in line with approved designs.

- Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and proposed work methods.

- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to validate project execution.

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other external parties on scheduling, technical drawings, and project handovers (BAST).

- Prepare and submit project progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).

- Provide supporting data for cost estimation to ensure resource efficiency.

- Enforce adherence to company systems, procedures, and policies throughout the project.

- Bachelor or Masters degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in warehouse or retail store projects will be a plus.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent design software.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with basic knowledge of Microsoft Project.
