Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Purchasing Admin to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting our purchasing department, ensuring smooth procurement processes, effective inventory management, and fostering strong supplier relationships for our upcoming hospitality projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage purchase orders, meticulously track inventory, and coordinate effectively with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
Process and monitor orders diligently to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases and supplier information.
Provide administrative support for office tasks, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
Assist with preparing comprehensive reports on purchasing activities and inventory levels.
Assist in analyzing and comparing costs from various suppliers to ensure the best value and quality for the organization.
Ensure strict compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and industry standards.
Assist the Accounting department in managing weekly payments to suppliers.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Purchasing Admin or similar role.
Previous experience in purchasing, administration, or a related support role is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and keen attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of purchasing and inventory management principles.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a significant plus.
Demonstrated high sense of urgency and agility in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience working in a multinational company environment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed purchasing decisions.
Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management.
Familiarity with industry-specific procurement practices.
Currently based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.
