[Purchasing Staff - Mandarin Speaker Preferred]📍 Location: PT Donlim Technology Indonesia - Jatengland Industrial Park Sayung (JIPS), Demak

Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Staff to support our procurement activities. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials to support our production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily purchasing operations (local and/or overseas)

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality and price

• Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods

• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, warehouse, production)

• Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier performance

• Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any field (preferably related to Business or Engineering)

• Experience in a purchasing or procurement role is preferred

• Able to communicate in Mandarin is highly preferred

• Fluency in English is acceptable

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Good attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing systems
