Role Summary :

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Purchasing Officer Intern to support our Purchasing team. This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn the inner workings of supply chain management, from vendor selection to cost analysis. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations have the supplies they need to succeed while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• PO Administration: Assist in preparing and processing Purchase Orders (POs) and ensuring all documentation is accurately filed in our ERP system.
• Order Tracking: Communicate with vendors to monitor order statuses and coordinate delivery schedules to prevent operational delays.
• Document Verification: Assist in the "Three-Way Match" process—verifying that the PO, Delivery Note, and Invoice all align before passing them to the Finance department.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the supplier database, including contact details, pricing agreements, and performance records.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Integrity: High ethical standards when dealing with external suppliers and Perusahaan budgets.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience Excel skills being a strong advantage.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to interact professionally with vendors and internal departments.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers and performing basic financial calculations.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and document checking.
• Available for 1 - 3 Months
